I Am 19 years old just had a baby weigh 295 lbs and my weight loss goal is 135 lbs that would make me 160,,, any suggestions..

  • I learned that the best thing to do is to find a friend or buddy to walk with in the morning or evening...that always helps me keep going and exercising.

    I couldn't agree more! Also, each day you look at your new baby remember how much you want for her & how you deserve the same!
