    wow, you look incredible, and just think YOU done this yourself. I pray that GOd will give me strenghth each day to stay focused on this diet as i despartly need to lose about 85 pounds. My knees hurt and I tire out easlly and have heart problems. SO i know I need to get in better health and shape
