Homemade Sweet Potato Fries

Just slice the 1 potato then add 1 table spoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of rosemary then bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes each side. Delish!
Pretty much the same for me, except I use cajun seasoning instead of rosemary.
A little tip...they can be rock hard to cut, so try throwing it in the microwave for a minute or two before you start slicing..makes things easier.
Oh, and there's a honey mustard salad dressing (Paul Newmans Light HM) that is fantastic for dipping them in.
