    I'm 5'4", 204 pounds, and I'm a size 11/12.

    I'm 5'4" 206 lbs and in a 18 crazy huh I keep loosing everywhere but my waist-someone just told me to quit eating wheat-have you heard that before-maybe part to is because all 3 of my childrens were c-sections-

    well, I started using my fitness pal again at the beginning of January, I am 5 ft 4 and at that time, I was 173 and in a size 16 (was a little loose), now, a month later, I am 160 and I have just gone down to a size 12. It's crazy to see all the different heights/weights/ and jean sizes. What surprises me, is people my height and about my weight having completely different pant sizes. Must be my big butt, lol. Congrats to all who have lost and keep at it to all still trying, including myself! :)

    Hi there, I have heard a lot about wheat and the negative affects it can have. I came across a site called celiacs.com. I read and researched a lot about celiacs disease,, and although I have not been to the dr about it yet, I have been gluten free for about a month now. I was suffering from intense migraines anywhere from one to four a week. Since I have quit eating wheat/gluten, I have not had one migraine. The gluten in wheat can cause all kinds of issues in your body if you are one of the people that have reactions to the gluten. It's not an easy thing to quit, but I do recommend looking it up and reading about it.

    I am also 5'8", 165lbs and I wear about one size smaller than you. Usualy 10-12, My silvers range from 29-32. (29s are looser in the legs though)
