LOVE, LOVE, LOVE egg white omlettes. 4 egg whites, low fat ham, 2% sharp cheddar shredded, diced tomato, spinach, and mushrooms. YUM! Lots of protein and keeps me feeling full.

I think it's the texture that I don't like. Even when I used to eat scrambled eggs on a regular basis before, I'd almost always have to have it with toast or bacon.

Then why can't you eat them with toast and bacon? Thats my breakfast pretty much everyday and so far it hasn't hindered me.0 -
Easy, just give your eggs to me and make yourself something else for breakfast. I love my chicken's period prepared any way! YUM!!!!!!!0
