They will lose volume but exercise, dancing, stretching etc....will have the rest of your body be tight strong. Shopping will be fun! You will lok and feel good with or without clothes and bras with padding do wonders for your figure and believe me once you take your bra off no one is going to be disappointed.0

I lost 120 pounds and mine have gone from a 44H to a 36 G. I think the cup size hasn't gotten any smaller because of the extra skin. I am loving the descriptions. I have descirbed mine as underfilled water balloons, but the tube sock with a tennis ball is better I think. With a good bra, mine look good, but naked....not so much. I wouldn't take the 120 pounds back for anything though.0

I lost mine....lots of mine I went from like an E/F 48 to a DD34 so far....and still have more to lose.
I'd say they aren't as firm but I much much much much prefer mine now!!!!0 -
I'm guessing if you are asking this question that you are young. Your boobs are not going to stay the same whether you gain weight, lose weight or stay the same. Some things that change them are pregnancy, breastfeeding and the dreaded gravity. My boobs resemble rocks in socks. But frankly, I'm happy I have my 2 kids, breastfed them for as long as I did, and have now lost most of the weight I wanted to lose. It's worth it. I look good in my clothes. And any guy who is going to see me nekkid, had better just be grateful he gets to see 'em at all...0

SPORTSBRAs are your friend.
and you might lose some..they are all fat..as fun as they are..
Boobs are not all fat---actually, in slim people they're mostly mammary glands. As you gain weight you get the padding on top--depending on your hormone balance you get more or less "padding".0 -
i was 40DD , now i am 38 D and i am hoping that i would go down to C. i think boobs are a piece of work, if i run i have to wear a bigger t-shirt , so that not the whole gym would be watching my tatas, and when i go shopping for a dress, the size fit but not in the boobs area . the last thing that annoys me THE MOST about them is when i am having a conversation with a male and he can't focus on my face, he is rather focus on the TWINS........................................COME ON0

My cup size hasn't changed at all, I am still a full C. The band size has gone down one size, but that's it. BUT. I had a breast reduction so I've already lost the majority of the "fat" in my boobs. What is left after the reduction is tissue - which is why it hasn't gone down.
Oh and mine are NOT saggy at all. They're quite perky actually. lol.0 -
I second the good bra, your body may change, may not, but having them flop around too much isn't going to help matters!0

OMG, this thread made me LAUGH OUT LOUD! I have been too busy considering the size of my butt to even thing of my boobs! I have a feeling I'm not going to fare much better than some of you have. I didn't grow them until I was 18 and starting to chub up, so it's possible the DD's will be all gone with the chub. lol0

This post is too funny !! Some of the comments are hilarious !! Flapjacks.. Tennis balls in a sock... OMGosh that is too funny.. Hope all turns out good ..0

128 pounds gone, and bra size went from 46 DDD to a 42DD, and after four kids, the girls arent perky...but i dont mind, because this girl is healthier. not only has my bra size went down, but my script count has also...from 26 pills a day to 1 plus vits.0

When I began this journey, I was a 44D and now I'm a 34 Long.
O......M......G!!!! That is tooooo funny! You all are crazy! Love it!0 -
I lost 60lb and my boobs did get smaller. Just lose weight and work out because I have extra skin on my boobs and it looks awful!!!0
-
I just want mine to go down. Right now, I can fold them in half.0

Hahaha I'm cracking up  I've only lost mid-20 pounds so not as drastic as some of the other ladies, but even my lady lumps aren't quite caught up with the new me. I'm just hopeful age will still be on my side and they'll perk back up in time with the right exercises. Not too much difference and I'll go ahead and say I can still rock it, but they are noticeably a bit more...free in the breeze, let's say.0

i think i need to start saving now for plastic surgery. :sad:0
-
I feel like mine are still the same. Maybe they have lost some but idk. I should measure.0
-
i went from a saggy DD to a saggier D, and on my way to a saggier C I would think...
such is life. mine weren't ever what you'd call perky, but now, i even wear a bra when i put my PJ's on at night and am not going straight to bed, they are embarrassing... slightly less embarrassing than my flabby loose skin my stomach that seems to get more stretch marks as i lose weight than when it was full with fat.0 -
I'm only 20, but I have always just had large breasts (C-cup since I was in 7th grade), so they got big fast and have always been a little on the droopy side, which always embarrassed me, cause I'm too young for that! The do seem to be a little less perky since I lost weight, and I would love to get a breast lift (no implants for this lady!), but would like to wait until I have a child for that. I feel like it would just be a waste of money to get it done now! :P0
-
Mine have definitely gotten smaller, but my boyfriend says that the look more perky now. I can live with that.0

I have to also ask the same thing someone else asked, do any of you guys workout your pecs? Because that will make them much perkier, and typically that makes you lose your boobs but it will typically make them look much better, I still have to lose a lot of weight so I'm hoping that will save me.0

I don't. I just walk and jog.0 -
I'm currently on a 'Boob Camp' mission with my PT. Lots of pec and shoulder workouts! I also rub bio oil into 'em before bed and wear a sports bra to bed too. I think it's working - they're still not amazing but they're getting better!0

Mostly this LOLI have been too busy considering the size of my butt to even think of my boobs!
But
In all honesty- nothing has happened to mine. If anything my cup size got bigger as I am now 1-2 sizes smaller around the back.0 -
They are fatty tissue, if you're burning fat, they are going to lose their shape. It is a part of weightloss.0

This really isn't true. Breasts are made of fat, fibrous tissue and glands...depending on your distribution of each determines the size of your breasts. Trust me, I've been a 102lbs and DD cup.0 -
Well, I myself can officially say I once again belong to the IBTC (Itty Bitty Titty Committee for those of you who have big ones and don't know that term). I was in a 34 C, and now I'm BARELY in a 34 B. I would be so happy to just be a nice solid C cup. Has anyone out there messed with getting an enlargement/lift, and if so what was involved and how terribly terrible was the cost?0
-
I went from a 42DD to a 38D... they are not droopy though. LOL0
-
Just a side note...Frederick's of Hollywood's Exxtreme Cleavage Bra (X-Bra) will work WONDERS if you have lost some and are unhappy...and for the still bustier women, the Corset bra will do the same!
If you have a good salesgirl, you can look like you're 1/2 to a cup size bigger if the look is what you're going for.
I used to work there and LOVE LOVE LOVE the bras!!0
