Oh, I forgot... I was in a rush the other morning and didnt get to eat breakfast at home... so I stopped at starbucks and got a "perfect oatmeal" with brown sugar and dried fruit instead of getting a latte.

It was really good!!! Impressive even..
  • I had two slices of 9 grain bread. Three slices of bacon, one med egg and 2 teaspooms of olive oil mayo. I had a sandwich. Tasted so good.
  • I had a cup of oatmeal, one slice of whole wheat toast and a T of Smart choice with olive oil spread.

Yum! This one wins it for me! That all sounds wonderful.

I had 1 cup of Malt O Meal's Honey Nut Scooters (dry), 1/2 braeburn apple, 2 cups coffee with creamer, 1 slice Sara Lee 45 calorie Multi grain bread, 1 tblsp peanut butter. Spread out between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m.

I had 1 piece of whole wheat toast, 1 egg, and 2 pieces of turkey bacon!!! Nice little egg and bacon sandwich!!

Oh ya, I want to eat oatmeal, but i usually put lots of brown suger. So what can I do that taste similar but less calories?

    Hey mrsbuzz,

Try Quaker Oats lower sugar instant oatmeal. They have a maple and brown sugar one that is absolutely heavenly - and only slightly over 100 calories. It keeps me full for hours..
