I forgot! I just made my dh's version of the sanwich.

    Tuna
    Red onion
    Celery
    Salt & pepper
    Light Miracle Whip
    D'jon mustard

Not bad...as long as you like celery.

I did once but it didn't turn out well, so I fed it to Old Yeller as his last meal.

I got a recipe out of women's health magazine that i modified a bit.
can of tuna, minced red onion, roasted red pepper cut up small, olive oil and red wine vinegar mixed with drained white beans and mashed slightly. I have never had tuna with anything other than mayo on bread so I wasn't sure about it when I tried it, but it is awesome on crispbread!
  • FF ranch salad dressing
    black pepper
    that is all
    simple and yummy to me

White albacore with light Mayo, salt, pepper, and a teaspoon of sweet relish!
Then Instead of bread, I eat with lettuce and a WW tortilla.
  • I found a recipe that was AMAZING..I put mayo, mustard and garlic-pesto sauce. Then, add sliced tomato and lettuce. It was really great!

Just plain tuna in a multigrain flatbread wrap. As plain and as clean and it gets, but I eat more for nutrition than for taste.

Not all at once, but here are some mix-ins that my roomie has given me weird looks for:

    BBQ sauce
    Dijionnaise
    Pineapple
    Laughing Cow Light Swiss
    Cucumber
Tofu (I didn't have any egg one day and used tofu instead. Surprisingly good)
    Fage 0
    Cottage cheese

I luff tuna. It's so versatile.
