    OMG this is a great "refrigerator" picture! I am going to try to save and print it! As for our cake friend, one store-bought cupcake always works. Best of both worlds..a controlled amount and a craving satisfied.

    You're all right about doing what I really want to do, the hell with tradition or societal standards.
    You get to do whatever you want. You have lost 50 pounds! That is awesome. You are not an amateur. You're doing something right. (probably many things right). You have earned one day to go crazy. Treat yourself on your birthday, whether cake, booze, undies, whatever.
