Had a nice 5 mile tempo run this morning. Hope you're all doing well!!! Then I walked 2.5 hours around Artprize. It's a huge art competition going on in Grand Rapids, Michigan and it's awesome!!! There's art everywhere and you can vote on it and all the museums are open for free for it which is great because I never get in those! Anyway... it was pouring down rain, but I had a blast and I'm glad I went. Should be going back again this weekend... no way I can see it all!!!!!

Happys for today.... Artprize, Running, and Thunderstorms.

Hey Ladies.. Hows it going? Good I hope. Its been a crazy week. My brother in law got married last weekend, the wedding was ehh not the greatest. But i guess thats how those things go sometimes.. And Saturday I did a free photo shoot with my god sister Jess.. :) They turned out great.. im in the process of putting a website together for my photography. :) And work has been keeping me busy with hours all over the place. I havent been doing very well with the challenges. I need to get my head out of my butt.. I have done quite a bit of walking lately with my photography that I havent been recording.. ;) Saturday I probably walked 2 miles atleast!!

Nov 5 weekend. Going to a concert at the Intersection with my daughter. I have to figure out where we want to stay. I like an indoor hotel, not an outside entry motel. We have a list of places but I need to figure out what is the most convenient to highway and venue.

So I was going to run 7 this morning, but I didn't get up early enough. I am NOT a morning person and fear I never will be, and since I had to sing at church I was on a tight deadline... so I did 5. Good enough for today, but I need to find that motivation to get up earlier next time!!!! Now I think I need a nap....

I managed a very, very small lose this week down from 137.7lb to 137.3lb, so 0.4lb. I only count in whle lbs though, I thinkmaybe when I get below 137, i may start adding every tiny bit as my weight is coming off very slow these days. I did manage a whole 1% of body fat loss though, all the shredding twice in one days seems to have paid off :)

Man, I'm loving all the successes on here!!!! We ROCK!

I took advantage of the beautiful fall weather today and ran to my gym (1.5 miles) and lifted weights and ran home. It was just what I needed and I feel great! Made supper and cleaned it up before Biggest Loser started, so I'm even happier about that. Flipping between BL and the Tigers game... if they beat the Yankees again I'll be the happiest mama for sure!!!!!!

    Have a great day, lovlies!!!!!

Stopping in to say hey! Losses looking good. Miss talking with all of you but I think we have all been a bit busy. I have been enjoying the beautiful weather these past few days. I am finally done with my 12 hr shifts...unless I volunteeer for one. It is nice getting off at 3. Got a nice boost in my pay yesterday...the job is trying to make sure we are competitive...plus I have a raise coming next month. So, I think that will make up for the money I lost in not working 4 hrs in the afternoon.
Have a wonderful week and keep working on your goals!

    Linda
