Week 5 Challenges:
FOOD: 4 home-cooked dinners (not fast food or restaurant)
EXERCISE: 180 minutes of cardio (any type)0 -
I got under the calorie goal, but failed the 7 day cardio. I ended up only getting 6.
My weight this morning was 172.0 I'm a little sad because I was 170.8 on Monday LOL0 -
No progress for me this week and it's Thanksgiving weekend! oh no! Next week is going to be SO good because I need to look good for my trip.
And I didn't make the challenges! I fully intended to do cardio every day, but today I am feeling sick and taking it easy.0 -
I updated the chart...just the 3 of us seem to be hanging in but that's ok!0

I've only gone out for food once this week, and it was the first time in over a month! So I'm pretty happy about that. I'm on track of both the weekly goals for now.0 -
OMG I forgot about this group because I have been so consumed with the 30 day shred! Am I still a member??? Let me back in please! lol..I was away for a good week because I had my wisdom teeth removed and the narcotics that I was on did not allow me to stand let alone exercise:(0

Well, as predicted, my Thanksgiving festivities added up and I'm back at 162.2. Sigh. Anyway, I will be more diligent this week. I did, however, complete both challenges for once.0

Week 6 challenges -
FOOD: Under your calorie goal for Friday, Saturday AND Sunday (the dreaded weekend!)
EXERCISE: 3 days of resistance / strength training (min. 30 minutes)0 -
I don't recall doing 180 minutes.. Then again I never counted the times I was out walking outside of my norm.
But I only ate out twice this week! So i met the food goal.
Weigh in at 171.2 this morning.
I think i can stay under my cals these next 3 days. I actually have a harder time reaching my cal goal on the weekends. LOL
The exercise is going to be interesting..0 -

Wow under the calories for the weekend, that will surely be a toughy for me! I do the shred pretty much everyday which is 30 minutes including strength training so that should not be a problem!0

I got the calorie goal done, and I do 30DS everyday, so it's not 30 consecutive minutes of strength training, but I've done it everyday this week, so I might have added up all the minutes all together! Haha0 -

I am still here, just so busy lately! Yesterday I saw 134.0 on the scale, but today I was back up so I am not counting it still at 135 for now!0

I'm sorry I disappeared! I went back to uni and I forgot how exhausting it is... I haven't really lost much more weight, like one or two pounds if that - scales this morning said 191, so. My mum is getting me a light box for Christmas, to ease my winter depression. It's November and already I'm losing all my will. So she said she'd get it early, and hopefully it'll help, and then I can go back to kicking *kitten*.0
