    I always love Indian "sag" dishes (ie spinach)...
    Chicken sag,
    Sag aloo,
    Sag bhaji

    Just wish I could cook - then I would know what was in them - as fear restaurant versions not likely to be healthy...

    I LOVE spinach! :heart:

    With eggs - scrambled or poached. In omlettes. In stews. In pasta sauces. In smoothies. Raw in salads. Cooked as a side.

    I use spinach in place of lettace on sandwichs and in wraps.

    I just made this recipe (Skillet Gnocchi with Chard & White Beans) a couple of nights ago - using spinach in place of swiss chard (which was a 'suggestion' in the recipe). It's the 2nd or 3rd time we've had it for dinner now - very tasty!
