Ok guys first of all's, I'm not selling this diet so if u don't like it plz don't do it, this diet was a big hit selling diet book in the Arabic nation...

I can see why you would lose weight on this diet but I don't think I could stick with it a week, let alone 4 weeks. If I could, I would be so ill no one could stand to be around me!0

I do thank you for the post and I think that you post it to be helpful and you're sincere. I just think that you're going to get a lot of flack for this diet idea. Am glad that it has worked for you and your family, but it just seems so difficult for many to stick to, even short term. Good luck to you on your weight loss journey.0
