Daily breakfast - 2 boiled eggs + Oatmeal + half an orange


(Saturday)

Lunch: - one kind of fruit as much as u like (NO grapes, dates, mango, figs, or bananas)
Dinner:- chuck tender steak + Vegetables


(Sunday)

Lunch: - 2 skinless chicken breast + tomatoes + 1 orange
Dinner: - 2 hard boiled egg + salad (cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, green peppers) + one toast + orange


(Monday)

Lunch: - Cheese fat free any quantity + toast one + tomatoes
Dinner - chuck tender steak + salad (cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, green peppers)

(Tuesday)

Lunch: - one kind of fruit as much as u like (NO grapes, dates, mango, figs, or bananas)
Dinner: - chuck tender steak

Wednesday

Lunch: - 2 hard boiled eggs + boiled vegetables
Dinner: - grilled salmon fish tail + salad (cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, green peppers) + 1 orange


Thursday

Lunch: - one kind of fruit as much as u like (NO grapes, dates, mango, figs, or bananas)
Dinner - chuck tender steak


Friday

Lunch: - 2 skinless chicken breast + tomatoes + boiled vegetables + orange

The third week

Length of the day: - any kind of fruit in any quantity at any time and in any combination, except (grapes, dates, mango, figs, or bananas)

Sunday:
Length of the day: - any kind of boiled vegetables and any kind of power (all kinds of vegetables are allowed, except for potatoes and dry beans )

Monday:
Length of the day: - any kind of fruit the previous and what type of vegetables boiled at any time and in any quantity

Tuesday:
Length of the day: - grilled fish in any quantity with a salad of lettuce, No oil

Wednesday:
Length of the day - chuck tender steak or skinless chicken breast all day and in any quantity + boiled vegetables

Thursday and Friday: - Fruit of one item in any quantity at any time ( No grapes, dates, mango, figs, or bananas)

Fourth week
Divide the whole thing between lunch and dinner

Saturday: -
4 pieces chuck tender steak or 1 chicken breast
3 tomatoes
4 cucumbers
1 toast
1 Orange or 1 apple


Sunday:

    my first thought exactly! its because instead of simply saying " hey, thanks for the suggestion, but a cookie cutter diet like this won't work for me", people are already making smart-*kitten* comments.
    chill out people, the guy had success with such a diet and is simply sharing what worked for him, trying to help out others, that's what the forums are for right? it might not work for some of us, and it might work for others, simple as that!

    My favorite diet when you plane what you are going to eat especially when you wanna lost 20+ Ib, and see results soon ...
    I'm on this diet since last Thursday and I lost 12 Ib without exercising

    Your idea might work if you wanna lose less than 10 Ib or you wanna wait six month to lose less than 48 Ib

    However, thanks for ur opinion :)

    What? I can do that and STILL lose weight?

    Any diet that doesn't include beer isn't okay with me.

    I like that I can drink beer and eat pizza and cookies and still lose weight.

    I'll stick with what I am doing thank you.

    I can see why you would lose weight on this diet but I don't think I could stick with it a week, let alone 4 weeks. If I could, I would be so ill no one could stand to be around me!

    actually your diet works exactly the same as mine except i don't restrict my food choices. and scale weight lost is ultimately meaningless, how much bf% did you drop on this wonderful diet?

    I do thank you for the post and I think that you post it to be helpful and you're sincere. I just think that you're going to get a lot of flack for this diet idea. Am glad that it has worked for you and your family, but it just seems so difficult for many to stick to, even short term. Good luck to you on your weight loss journey.
