    pretty much run in place but kicking ur butt :laugh:(makes it harder)

    i got on the floor on my hands and knees and did some sort of kick backs for my butt

    i'm here, having a bit of a rough start and didn't exercise yesterday. today i'm not doign the 30 day shred, but i'm going to work and i'll be on my feet for 8 hours

    Being on your feet is hard work. I am on mine 12 hours a day. I am gonna make a new post with everything we have done in this thread today incase any other purples wanna join in on our challenges. Have a good day at work!
