Hello Everyone! I recently found myself mere mouse clicks away from buying an expensive anti-cellulite cream. Luckily buyers remorse set in before the purchase and I decided to do a bit more research. ISo please help!!!! Do you have a favorite anti-cellulite treatment that you've seen results with? Thanks in advance for your input!

Personally I think water and exercise are the best you can do! But I have to say that Bliss Fat Girl Slim is very good!! It's pricey, but worth a try as I did notice my skin didn't feel quite so 'bumpy' after using it. Also, body brushing every day is amazing for cellulite!

    Check this out: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/06/18/get-rid-of-cellulite_n_1562687.html#slide=more231659

Participants tried 12 different home remedies, most of which didn't work, but a few of which seemed to have an effect. They say the one that worked best was coconut oil and dry brushing.

After working out consistently since last summer, including a mix of JM dvd's, a 4 mile daily walk (weather permitting), & currently doing my first round of insanity ( on 3rd week), I have very little cellulite left on my legs. I am sure that within about 2 weeks if I continue insanity & daily walking, it will be entirely gone. Drink plenty of water too.

    Deadlifts. Lots of them.

There is no magic in getting rid of an often genetically inherited disposition.

    BINGO!
