Okay 09/30/11 I was 202 - this morning I was 197.4 so a 4.6 lost in week 1! Very excited - adding some new workouts - cant wait to see how I do.0

My weigh in today is at 204. No loss but I just joined 12 hours beforeI did my pilates and lower body weight lifting workout since last post. Maybe I'll do some step cardio in the morning. Has anyone ever done a hoop dancing class before? I signed up for the class at my yoga studio and we start tomorrow night. It is basically hullahooping to music, I think. It sounded fun to try. Hopefully I'm able to keep the hoop up for an extended period of time, otherwise I'll just be dancing around it! Mexican hat dance anyone?
