    How do you get your progress, weight loss bar to appear in the posts?
    In your profile, build your ticker, then you should see an option like "add to signature", or something like that. I quite forgot the wording. :)

    LJ, I'm beginning to realize that! No worries though cause I'm enjoying interacting with all you wonderful thread killers.
