    My heart is filled with joy for you! My starting weight is very close to yours. I have lost 55lbs and feel great. Cant wait to accomplish what you have and feel that joy. You should be so proud of yourself. Congratulations!!

    I really want to thank you for posting what you did. Your pictures are great, but the sentiment shared after the photos made me burst in to tears. I am three weeks in to 20 mile bike rides and 6 days in the gym, and I have been suffering silently, so scared that this won't last. You showed me that if I want it to last...it will.
