well as for me i went dancing last night for a friend's birthday and someone got pushed and head butted me in the nose
so i think my nose is broken I'm going to the doctor tomorrow to see what i need to do
thats my only news! I'm scared i won't be able to workout cause i feel kinda nauseous a lot of the time0 -
my week was ok, i was all over the place but managed to lose a few pounds
edit: also i love how colorfull the document has gotten lol0 -
This last week wasn't too bad. I set a goal of 2.5-3 miles walking a day to guarantee I get the 100 miles in. Well wouldn't you know it rained off and on for 3 days. So I am behind on my personal goal but still did ok. Can't wait to weigh-in tomorrow0

I had an AWFUL last week and a half and haven't done ANYTHING! :sad:
I'm going to start back tomorrow though for sure please don't count me out of the group :frown:0 -

If there's a Mall anywhere near you, you could go walking there. Some of our local Malls open at 9am for walkers, even tho the stores don't open til 10. I go quite frequently as it's been a blazing hot summer and the mall's have free air conditioning!0 -
I started off the week but ended my week (Saturday and Sunday) poorly. I don't do well with emotional stress and binge eat. Hoping to start again tomorrow!0

My weight hasn't budged all week ...and tonight was my dad's bday, so I definitely went over my calories... I'm just hoping that I don't go UP tomorrow!! Ugh, how disappointing would that be-- my first weigh-in higher than the starting weight!!
I have a date with our good friend Jillian Michaels at 6:45 AM tomorrow morning... about to go to bed! Hopefully this week will be more productive than last week!0 -
Not a good week for me...I managed to get some exercise in but I don't think my calorie intake was good.0

I was doing great until the weekend...I'm so upset @ myself! Went to party and ate too much cake...then visited my mom and I just cannot refuse her food! However, I did workout all weekend, except Sunday which is my rest day....I really hope all that workout pays off cuz I'm really afraid to weight myself! Dont want to see that scale go up...Oh God!!!0

Lost weight but wasn't able to work out much. I'm starting 30 Day Shred tomorrow and will add in some walking as well. Love this challenge.0

ACK! I had a horrible weekend and I know it is going to show on the scale! I have been sucking down water today in hopes that it is all water weight due to fast food all saturday while driving to Ann Arbor for football game0

I actually did pretty well this week. Made sure I walked this weekend as I ate more greasy food than I had planned. Glad to see the weight still came off after the weekend0

I was pretty good this weekend...except for Friday my son took me to Olive Garden for my b-day I tried eating the lowest calorie sauces with my wheat pasta!! Cant wait to weigh in tomorrow morning...0

i've updated myself on the spreadsheet, glad i have lost something as my weight seems to like bouncing between 216 - 220, i want to see 215!

I actually gained two pounds instead of losing them. So pissed. I haven't gained any inches on my waist or hips but gained .5 on my neck. WTF man. I hate my body....0

I had a 2 lb loss this morning! Was doing wonderful with food, had a family dinner last night - football and KFC! So I had a bowl of corn chowder instead, and let me tell you it was SO hard to not grab a drumstick everytime the chicken was passed around the table!!! It was fun hanging out with my family though, and while I skipped the chicken, I did have a small piece of dessert, so it's possible my loss would have been even better had I not. But I"m not complaining, 2lbs is great news on a Monday morning!!!! 15.75miles walked so far, think I should be on track for the 100 Way to go everyone!!!!!0

1 pound loss 16.5 miles walked
I weighed myself earlier in the week and I was at a 2 pound loss but I slipped on the weekend.....REALLY BADLY!! But I'm over it...tis a new week! Great reading everyones progress0 -
0.5 pound loss , but at least its a loss. Weights been all over the place this week with the increase in working out (strength training circuit and spinning), but I think once I get a routine and stop allowing myself to eat poorly when my hubby is home (works away and comes home most weekends and a couple of random days each month), I'll be in good shape. It's a new week and I'm committed to being great this week.
The spinning class I'm taking makes the miles part of the challenge easily accomplished, so I think I'm going to shoot for 250 miles instead of 100.0 -

But then all hell broke loose thursday night, I had these beyond painful spasms so my husband brought home taco bell, I ate it and fell asleep for the night at 7pm. The next morning the spasms happaned again so he took me to the ER....so again I got no exercise and we just got takeout all weekend. I didin't eat a lot, but what I did eat was not so good for me.0

Well, I will say I enjoyed the mileage! I have a gain to report. Not sure why, but I am pretty sure it is a water gain, as it happened in a 24 hour time frame. I'll hope for a downward trend this week and watch everything that goes in.0

I had a .02 lb lost this week ! From 187 to 186.8!0

Didn't lose any on the scale but the measuring tape has me down a few inches so that's a plus.0

I will find out this week how dedicated I am to running in the rain! The rain has returned to the PacNW and I'm not terribly excited about it at ALL! But we'll see how much I like this new running program! I'm on week 7 of the couch to 5K program.
