    I have a word document with crockpot recipes, if anyone would like it. It's over 100+ pages. It has nutritional information AND WW points. I got it a few years ago and have tried quite a few of the recipes and of the ones I've tried, they're pretty good! So, if you'd like it, just pm me or leave your email addy in this message and I'll send it out!

    I fill the crock pot halfway with water.
    I put about 1/8 cup of mojo
    couple drops of vinegar
    juice from 1/2 a lemon and 1/2 a lime
    then cut up all my old veggies that are about to go bad
    toss in a couple potatoes
    and let it cook all day
