    25 miles and 173.5 lbs. I don't know but this is beginning to get very discouraging. I keep going even though I am not making progress on the scale. I am so confuse as to what to do. Even though I don't post in the food journal much rest assure I am counting calories and weighing my food and all that. I take a few meds that doesn't work in my favor but other than that my body seems to want to hold on to the weight that I am. I am desperate my answers but can't afford a nutritionist. I don't know.
