    hope you feel better em.

    went to zumba last night. love her classes. waiting for DH to get up so i can dress and head out for a run. so cool outside, can't wait.
    i haven't taken a rest day yet. sorta waiting for my body to say nope can't do anything today. i have been loving those great endorphins anyway. have a few errands to run for today. than resting the weekend.

    good morning,

    going on a walk in the park with the girls this morning. i really think that i need a slow workout day. i have been doing big
    workouts for a week. no rest day. so i am making myself do this.

    it's so chilly here yesterday and today. feels SOOOOOOO good. trying on another pair of jeans today. hope they fit. i am feeling
    skinny, so i am being really good food wise. i could have got the dounuts i have been craving yesterday, but, the feeling of the
    thinness feels better. i am beginning to feel the way i did when i had lost the 80 plus pounds. i so want that back. i really think it's the
    exerciseing.

    well, off to try on some clothes and see what is too big this year.

    what a crappy day it turned out to be. had a battle with a box of crackers. oh well, life happens. off to the gym here in few. than home to clean.

    Good morning!

    Well...had an...OKAY weekend. Got in a workout on Saturday, that was it. And did not eat the greatest...oh well. New day today!

    Goals this week:
    1. Run/jog/walk...2 times
    2. Strength/cardio...3 times
    3. Yoga...2 times
    4. Drink LOTS of water
    5. No unaccounted snacking!

    We have an event in 35 days, so my hubby, best friend, and I are on a mission to each lose 10 lb (secretly my goal is to fit into a certain pair of pants no matter what the scale says). So got my butt to a step class this morning. Hubby and I are supposed to go to strength training tonight with a little running, and almost didn't go this morning, but figured "early in the day, early in the week, early in the month, early in the year", and just went in case something happens tonight and we don't make it. And if we do? Then bonus for me.
