It's called "Eat" and it's by Steve Stroutman. Some of you may know this guy, and he's one of the most knowledgeable people on these forums. He only gets his information by backed research and I'm a pretty big critic myself as some of you know or figured out by now. I could not find one thing wrong with it, and I read the entire article. Yes it's long but amazing.

I actually clipped that article into my Evernote so I read it on my phone about every couple weeks as a reminder/motivator while I have downtime (eating, waiting, etc...)
