Can someone please tell me what on earth biscuits and gravy is?! In England the two of these do NOT go together - what on earth is a biscuit?! I know what gravy is, unless that's different too!

Its a white sausage gravy.. spread over biscuits..

    http://www.mamas-southern-cooking.com/biscuits-and-gravy-recipe.html

Thanks for that. Here in England, a biscuit is the same as a cookie, so when people were talking about putting gravy over what I thought was the same as a cookie, I knew something wasn't right!

Mmmmmm...there are too many to count. But I'll narrow it down to 5. LOL

1 - Bojangles Chicken & Biscuits w/ Dirty Rice and Bo Berry Biscuits for dessert
    2 - Eggs Benedict w/ REAL Hollandaise
3 - Pecan Pie w/ Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
4 - Dunkin Donuts Chocolate Creams - maybe a half dozen or so
    5 - Chocolate Turtle Cheesecake

I have a bit of a sweet tooth. ;) My hubby and I are going on a cruise in just a few short weeks, so I will probably be eating some of these things very, very soon. I try not to make any food off limits, and I indulge quite often. But some of these things are just too far out there in calorie-land for me to even consider.

Now I am off to eat my little bowl of Lucky Charms for breakfast...

oh wow......uhm.....hmmm...... 1.olive garden pumpkin pie cheesecake and caramel cream soda. 2.dairy queen texas toast. Yep, just toast. 3.my moms rocky road fudge. 4.not really bad, just salty-franks red hot buffalo sauce, in a drinking glass. 5.schlotzkies bbq and jalapeno chips. ironically, it took me almost 20 minutes to think of anything besides roasted sweet potatos and baked chicken, which i find immeasurably yummy.

i want to go to one of the really fancy buffets, like they have in vegas.
I'll start with the desserts. Neopoleans, choc eclairs, creme brulee, choc mousse, and coconut cream pie.
Next over to the savories. Mashed potatoes, lots of butter. Fresh baked bread. Just the crust, with thick real butter spread on.
Pasta, with lots of pesto, sundried tomatoes, and parmesan. seafood fettichini, with jumbo shrimp, scallops and lots of cheese, and butter, veggie pizza, double cheese.
Thick cut battered onion rings, a nice philly cheesesteak, and a big ice cream creation, with real whipping cream.
    burp.

Oh yes, we've got a buffet like that at a casino nearby too. Thank god it costs so much, or I'd go there all the time!

The thing is, I'm not sure how much of the heavy stuff I can eat at one sitting anymore. I can eat 1/2 a slice of cheesecake at a time, or a burrito or tacos - but I'm not sure how I would feel after a massive slice of cheesecake or a quesedilla, or a really greasy pizza anymore. Maybe ill.

Ahaha, I'd need the ability to actually get it all in first, I don't think there's any way I could eat everything I'd like in one day now, but my top 5 fantasy foods:

    5) Hagaan Dasz Caramel Biscuit and Cream- gimme a whole pint of that sweet goodness
    4) Bacon cheese fries, hot and fresh with melty cheese and extra extra bacon and sour cream (NOT mayo, why do they only put mayo on the fries here!?)
    3) A Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings. I've missed holidays with my family for the last two years since I've been overseas and I'd kill for a big turkey dinner with mashed potatoes, stuffing, pumpkin pie... not to mention the family to share it with!
    2) A good thick potato soup loaded with bacon and cheese
    1) A box of apple cider doughnuts fresh from the oil

Most of this stuff I do let myself have from time to time, especially the ice cream and fries, but I can't get my favorite doughtnuts or Thanksgiving dinner over here, and I've yet to try a half decent potato soup so I'll be waiting to get a bite of those sometime in the future.

There is an Indian vegetarian restaurant in Arizona I used to go to all the time.
I could definitely handle pretty much anything on the menu, especially a nice dosai and some chilli gobi.

    Pizza
A really good cheese and bacon burger
A creamy curry with naan bread
    Chocolate
    Cake and ice cream

Yummy. Now, granted, this may make me feel sick, but we *are* talking hypothetical here anyway.

(Breakfast would be french toast, waffles or something.)
