Didn't lose but didn't gain. I didn't do well with the challenge but I am going back to the gym which is a big step. I have not been to gym since May due to knee issues. I am 3 months out of knee surgery and am hoping for the best. I am going to try and workout 3x week. I did water zumba on Sat and am going again tonight it is alot of fun. I know I am eating out way to much, need to start taking lunch and cooking. I stil have 2 weeks so hoping for that 5lbs. Good luck to all.0 -

Crap, a 100? I'll try... I was able to get in my 100 squats a day, but just barely. Considering I can't get on the floor and do crunches at work without looking goofy I'll have to try and get them in before I leave for work or after I get home...0
