    Didn't lose but didn't gain. I didn't do well with the challenge but I am going back to the gym which is a big step. I have not been to gym since May due to knee issues. I am 3 months out of knee surgery and am hoping for the best. I am going to try and workout 3x week. I did water zumba on Sat and am going again tonight it is alot of fun. I know I am eating out way to much, need to start taking lunch and cooking. I stil have 2 weeks so hoping for that 5lbs. Good luck to all.

    Started off Good last month...ended up sick and not making my goals and gaining. Still working off an infection in my lungs...hopefully can at least get to doing some walking or light aerobics to get my body back to working out.     Crap, a 100? I'll try... I was able to get in my 100 squats a day, but just barely. Considering I can't get on the floor and do crunches at work without looking goofy I'll have to try and get them in before I leave for work or after I get home...
