Last sat I was 163 lbs.. today I'm 160lbs! ... 3 lb loss .. I'll be in the 150's next week... first time for years! :happy:0 -

I'm in. Just lost 5 in Sept, but Oct will be much harder.
Sept 1 = 132.8

I have been under calories and working out but managed to gain 3lbs. So frustrating! Anyway, I am not changing my weight thingie. So there! Oh, but I know....I feel I need to stop being a slave to the scale. I weigh myself every single morning and night.
I have a ten mile run tomorrow and bike ride for 40 miles Sunday...then if it is till up Monday, I will add the pounds on.
I can so relate...been doing the same...watching my food, keeping under my calories, exercising every day...got on the scale and gained. I'll keep going and hopefully next week I'll see a loss!! I have 40 mile bike ride tomorrow as well, burn some frustration!! Have a good week-end.0 -

In IT to WIN IT! Lost 5 lbs really quick...gained some back then hit it hard the last three days. Tracking calories and exercising daily was essential for me. 43 days to cruise time, and 20 lbs to lose! Also, I never wore a hoodie during my workouts...sweating like a dog in a Chinese restuarant was not something appealing to me...But I'll definitely be doing it from now on.0
