    I'd love to have a go.. don't know if I'll manage it my weight loss has been slow, but this week I lost 3lbs after going gluten free so I'll have a go!

    October 1st 9.50am now (UK) and I was 11st 9 (163 lbs)

    p. s. how do I change my signature under the ticker so it says 163 lbs? .. I've forgot how I got to it.. can't find it under tools?

    Unfortunately, September was a Maintenance Month for me. This means I will need to kick it up a notch in Oct and Nov to stay on pace for my Dec 1 birthday goal of reaching healthy BMI at 135 lbs. I'll have to surpass the 5 pounds, and aim for 6.5 pounds each month.

    October 1st: 148

    I have a 5k Run for the Cure tomorrow, and have raised over $200 for breast cancer. I decided to join at the last minute, so I've only had 2 days to fundraise, so I think I did ok! I've done it several times in the past with my work team, but this year my work did not put in a team, so I wasn't going to do it, then my conscience got the best of me. My goal this year is to run the whole thing.

    Still up from a few days ago, but it's down from yesterday.. would love to see anything under 191.2lbs as that's my lowest MFP weight..

    Anyway, tomorrow starts week 6 of Half Marathon Training...which means my training goes from specific times to specific miles to complete on Oct 16th....

    I have my Warrior Dash Oct 15th and my firt Halloween 5k (and with my youngest brothe, Tyler, 11yrs old, on Oct 30th.
