    met my goal today!!!! 9 miles on a stationary bike at the gym. ticker is updated, and it feels awesome!!!
    Way to go! It does feel awesome huh?

    It really does fell great, thanks for the support!! This challenge was just what I needed to get moving again, definitely going to sign up again next month!

    About 3.5 miles or so doing the Screamtown 5k, then doubling back to meet up with my husband who was along the trail trying to take pictures... but most didn't turn out.

    Got 13.10 miles on the bike tonite!!! Felt soooo good to get back on track after not being able to excercise for 10 days or so.

    Hit the treadmill at the gym but.....my sparse amount of running of late has caused me to lose a bit of conditioning so 3 miles was not in the cards tonight. Well if I had more time, it would've been. lol Anyway, only ran/walked 2.5 miles tonight and then did 2 sets of each exercise in my weight lifting routine. Ticker updated.
