Hit the treadmill at the gym but.....my sparse amount of running of late has caused me to lose a bit of conditioning so 3 miles was not in the cards tonight. Well if I had more time, it would've been. lol Anyway, only ran/walked 2.5 miles tonight and then did 2 sets of each exercise in my weight lifting routine. Ticker updated.0
