    Sorry I haven't updated lately... I was so busy last week getting ready for vacation and have been away since Friday, so haven't had a chance to do it...
    I had 0 miles from 10/18-10/21
    and had 4 miles on 10/22 and 10/23 and 2 miles on 10/24 and none since then.
    If I get any more this week I will update you!

    I started out with a goal of 50 miles then moved it to 70 and then to 90 and I have met my 90 mile goal plus 6.4 over my goal and a few days left maybe I can make 100 miles. I sure have enjoyed this challenge and it really got me moving.

    Well, I got sidelined by a cold/flu-like thing in this final week of the month...so I'm not sure how much more I'll be able to add to my total, but since I'm past my goal anyway, I guess I can't feel too bad.

    Still hoping for another little push over the weekend. My ticker is accurate.

    Took a much needed day off. Tomorrow is a national holiday here, hopefully I'll clock a few extra miles.
    It's been a hectic month for me, I've got to deal with a sh!tload of issues in my life, however this challenge never fails to uplift my spirits. I'm glad I'm part of this community

    I was tooooo tired to work out this morning and HAD to squeeze in 2.5 miles before I head out for a get together tonite with friends! Life sure can be hectic huh???

    Got in 4 miles tonight - in 50 mins. The calculator on here gives 399 calories for 60 mins at 4 mi/hr so I estimated 417 for tonight.

    We're awful glad you're here with us too, Dinos! You are an important piece of what makes this group so great. This challenge has never failed to be here for me and motivate me. Even during times when I didn't really feel like doing the MFP thing, I still felt compelled to keep going with this challenge.
