Glad to see so many people up for the challenge! I know we can do this.
Another thing that I am going to do differently for this next month is I am going to track EVERYTHING that I eat. I know that makes me think twice before I eat certain things. If I eat something I know I shouldn't, I usually don't post it. Holding myself accountable!!!0 -

I'm up for the challenge especially since the scale has started moving again. Here we go!

Starting Weight: 190.8
Goal Weight (for 10/31): 185.8
Currently I've been doing a lot of blues dancing and ballroom dancing (typically three to five times a week, for upwards of 3 hours in an evening), but in the last few weeks I've skipped a few nights of dancing.... and, this is the part that's killing me, I've let my diet slide entirely.
For this challenge, I'm going to be getting back on track with my diet, and keeping up my dancing throughout the week. I've also just recently started a stone carving class, so on Wednesday nights I'm going to be getting about 3 hours of standing up and swinging a hammer.... dunno how much that'll help or not, but it's at least something.

I'm currently at 140.2 lbs
I'm doing Zumba 2-3x's per week, walking 2-4 x's per week, and I'm on day 4 of 30DS. I don't plan on changing anything up...since I just added 30DS and it is kicking my hiney!

currently around 138 lbs but my scales are pretty dodgy
also, when is the best time to weigh yourself? in the morning i'm usually 138, but by the evening i can be up to 142 or worse
it's driving me CRAZY
aiming to run 3 miles every day this week, aswell as walking to and from college (just under 2 miles each way).
have taken up yoga, is FANTASTIC, highly recommend it!

I weigh in the morning after my morning tinkle butt naked. Same time, same status.
However, I will occasionally (read usually) weigh myself at night too and it is generally 3-4 lbs more than morning weight. Therefore, I have a morning weight and an evening weight....weird I know. But, I don't stress out over the number and really only track the morning weight once a week.0 -
I am definitely in! I am having the same dilemma. I find I hold myself accountable when I participate in things like this. It is so hard to do it on your own.

I'm in! I've plateaued - thanks to my own self - and I've been wanting to do something like this anyway! I'll check in with my starting weight tomorrow. Hopefully, this will keep me under my calorie goal and in the gym regularly!! NO EXCUSES!0

I lost around 40 lbs over a year and a half ago. I kind of fell off the wagon this summer and packed a few back on, so I really want to get back on track with exercising and eating right!0 -
I am in! While doing insanity I completely stalled out, not sure if it was because I was building muscle or what. But since completing insanity and starting Jillian michaels ripped in 30 I have lost 2 pounds! Woo!! I am not counting those in the 5lbs though! I am very close to my goal weight ( less than 10lbs to go!) and it's getting hard to get anything off.0

OK I weighed myself this morning and the scale said 113 so that is my starting weight and I am still going to make my goal 109 by Halloween. I think that I am going to incorporate more strength training to burn more calories and keep with my 3 yoga sessions and one hot yoga session a week as well as the power walks. I also decided that I will not be drinking any alcoholic beverages until my vacation (that should help with some of the weight loss) plus I think it might be nice to not drink for a bit. Alright, I'm weighing in at 153 today.
I was at a plateau for the last month, but this past week I've been eating more calories (since I burn off a lot at the gym)...and that helped me lose two pounds in a week!! So, my current goal is to keep doing what I'm doing: exercise everday, which usually includes some combo of running/walking/zumba/body pump/weight training...and then eat 1500ish calories a day.

Just wanted to add in my plans for the month, I want to exercise at least 4 days a week, I recently joined a new gym and I want to try a class this week, Body Pump looks really interesting, but I'm kinda nervous being in this new environment.
I have already lost about 20 kilos (40 pounds) from home but I'm looking to ramp it up, plus I got bored, lol!0 -
well earlier this week I was 134.4, weighed today and i'm 127.4... so I guess my goal is changing to 122.4. that's 2 pounds from my FW goal!!0

OK so how are we doing this? Are we going to check in weekly and say what we've done all week. i.e. Drank all our water or more, stayed under our calories and what exercise we've done for the week. Just a thought.0
