Lose 5 pounds by Halloween Challenge

Count me in- this was my challenge anyway! I want to try for ten pounds but I would be happy with 5 for sure. Starting 10/08; starting weight: 166.2. Currently eating up to 1200 calories per day and aiming for a 700-900 calorie deficit.
Can't wait to see what we all can do!!!0 -

I weighed in at 137 this morning
that's 3 lbs already! I can't believe it!!!0 -
How was the weekend for everyone? It was rough for me. I ate a lot of things I shouldn't have. Hopefully it won't be reflected on the scale Friday.0

I ate well. Nothing destructive...but I normally do my weigh -in's on Monday....and I didn't see any movement. I guess not maintaining is better than gaining. I know I'm nearing the end of my weight loss...but I don't want to be done. It is hard to see the scales moving slower now....especially since for 7 months I was losing about 8-10 lbs a month. Now I'm lucky if I lose 2 lbs.
Slow and steady...I know, I know! But, ....that's what I think about that! lol0 -
Tomorrow is our second weigh in day. I hope everyone has had a great, successful week. Can't wait to see everyone's results. Best of luck to everyone0

Ugh...maintained AGAIN. However, I suppose that is good. I've changed things up a bit. I increased my calories to maintaince and dropped all exercise. I'm doing this for a week, then I'm picking things back up and starting fresh. I am trying to shake things up and confuse the heck out of my body. We'll see if this backfires or not.

No weight loss this week but I am noticing a change in my body. I don't think that I have stalled, I just think the pumpkin pancakes, beer and pasta just held on a little lol. But I am still hopeful that I could lose the weight by Halloween. Good luck again to everyone!

Today's weight - 148
1.2 pounds down since last week! Oh yea! 148 pounds was the goal I first set for myself when I started on this journey so I'm happy to have reached it. 3 pounds to go for the challenge, 8 pounds to go overall. Keep up the great work everyone!!!0 -

That is awesome! Congrats!! I don't know how tomorrow is going to look for me but I'm hoping to at least stay the same if I don't lose anything. I don't want the scale going in the other direction, but with the week I've had, it very well could. Let's hope not though.

Third Weigh In:
October 14th 2011 - Missed because of the wedding
Fourth Weigh In:
October 21st 2011 - 331 lbs.goal weight is 322 lbs. +9 lbs.
