Ok so I got a cold a few days ago and its getting worse. Today I woke up and had so much pressure in my head and in my ears. I cant stop sneezing and my nose wont quit dripping. I'm coughing, and I feel just plain awful. Is it ok that I dont workout today? I feel that if I do I wont really put my ALL into it and probably wont even be able to finish the workout. I have just been doing so good working out everyday and I'm afraid if I stop then I will get off track all over again. Any suggestions or words of wisdom?

You absolutely have to listen to your body. It knows when it truly needs rest, and now is probably one of those times. Don't feel guilty about it. :-) Feel better soon!0

Yes, it is perfectly fine to skip your workout. In fact, it is much better that you do. Your body needs to use its energy to fight off the cold. Especially if your breathing is impaired, it really is best to listen to your body and give it the rest that it needs. Get better soon!0

It's really up to you. Do as much as you like. You're sick so you need rest to get better so if you don't want to move from the couch I'm sure you'll be okay.0

If you really feel like working out. I'd do light exercises like a short 20 minute walk. But if you can't do it then you can't do it. We all get sick. So I would rest so you can continue on where you left off when you feel better.
Just watch your calories and you should be fine. Get well soon!0 -

^--- This. Sleep. Rest. Get better. Continue when you are well. There are BAD THINGS you can do to yourself if you workout when very sick. Take care of your lungs. You only have one set! Your immune system is telling you something. Listen to it. Get better. Feel better. Then continue.0 -
Rest until you're better Tara! Eat well in the meantime and then when you are better, make sure you hop right back on the workout wagon!!0
