Jerry went home, I was so sad for him...but he seems to be doing very well in the before/after photos.

I'm a little excited about my WI this morning....Finally after 14days of dieting something to get excited about:happy:

I kinda skimmed the above post because i recorded TBL last night and i plan on watching it as soon as my hubby leaves.

Today is a nice long powerwalk on the treadmill. Ive got 30day shredd coming today so i will preview it today then attempt it tommorrow.

Sorry about that, Amelia! I forgot that some people have jumped into the 21st century & record things. LOL I'm a dork. We dont' have a vcr or a dvr....or cable. :laugh: If it wasn't for my computer & dvd player, I might as well live in a cave!

To update your ticker, go to "My Home", click on "check-in" & put in your new weight. Your ticker will be updated from there.

LOL, Amelia. I lost, too but it didn't show up b/c of the "rounding". I have .2 pounds to go & then my ticker will move again. I feel your pain. :laugh:

Well, I'm down .4# from my original weigh-in...I'm down MUCH more than that from the catastrophy that was last week's weigh-in. I'm glad that's behind me! WOO HOO!

I'm so sorry I only contributed a lb this week. However I've lost an inch around the waist, so I guess maybe it was muscle building in the ab area? (That's what I am going to tell myself)
