    I weigh 124 & not happy with the skin I’m in…, most women aren’t.

I find out home in normal lighting its fine but any time I'm in a fluorescent lit dressing room, my god almost brings me to tears!

Funny that there weren't a lot of guys posting on this issue...

Not an over 50 issue and not a female issue either!

We ALL critique our bodies in the mirror more than anyone else. We just need to learn not to be so hard on ourselves!!!

I am looking for a few more friends if anyone would like to hit me up.

I have a good body type...except i'm totally out of shape and flabby! I feel your pain as an over 50 year old woman. So, about gettin nakey.....I sure don't look like a super model...but I WON'T let that stop me either! Love your body & be confident.....then no one will notice the imperfections! Feel free to friend me if you like :)
  • For the longest time, I made my focus to look good and feel good fully dressed- and not to worry about how I look naked. Very few people are going to get that view anyway- so I figured I'd worry about that later!

Now I'm getting to the point where I want to be confident no matter how much/little I'm wearing, and it seems like an overhwhelming battle.

If I am looking at myself in a full length mirror- all I can think about are my flaws. Fortunantly, my husband doesn't seem capable of thinking of much at all, so I guess I've got that going for me.

I am both glad, and very saddened, to see how common this mindset is.

I'm in my 20's (not for long though, haha) and this is definitely an issue for me. But I don't feel too bad about it... I just need to lose more fat and put on more muscle, and my nude self WILL be smoking hot! Just gotta stay patient and dedicated
