    Hey peeps!
Unfortunately I haven't been able to burn as many cals due to resting up for my run tomorrow but I do promise I'll be back on track from tomorrow onwards! I hate tapering but it's what you gotta do in order to try and run your best!
JR (YELLING @ THE TOP OF MY LUNGS) BEST TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF! No point in rushing things just to get injured. Health first otherwise your setbacks will take longer to bounce back from TRUST ME it makes it that much better to take the required time to heal and sometimes even longer but the rewards of having no further setbacks will be WELL WORTH IT!

How did it go today Anina? I'm almost positive you did amazing!
I would love to try your recipe, I think it sounds amazing and maybe someday I will but I live in a home full of carnivore's (7 guys, my daughter and myself) and there might be a mutiny if I made this for dinner, maybe I can sneak it in as a side dish
I hope you all are having a great weekend!
