    pilates. try POPpilates on youtube. shes great, upbeat, fun and motivational. (It'll also work your abs like nothing else! It's awesome.)

    also, stairs! it could be the stair climber or actual stairs, I now live on the 4th floor of my building and its really helped to firm up that area. Especially since I'm constantly running up and down the stairs to go everywhere.

    Losing enough weight. I'm pear shaped and went from a size 14 jean to a size 2/4. Had to get to the low end of the healthy range on the bmi scale to get here (currently at a 19.3)
