    Can I join??? This sounds like so much fun and after trying to go it alone for so long, I'm realizing I need a group of like-minded people to support me and hold me accountable and that I can lend support and accountability to as well.

    not going to have a chance to swim, bike or run until this weekend. booooo. its like goiing through withdrawl. i didn't realize i'd be this addicted to working out.

    10/4: another 10 miles on the stationary bike, for a total of 42 miles thus far.

    And an NSV at the gym today (populated almost exclusively by college kids): I was made an official member of the "IRON A** CLUB" by four buff college boys for staying on the WORST bike in the place for a full hour. Made me smile!

    Another 12 stationary bike miles this morning (I'm working on getting those out of the way because it's my least favorite activity of the three)

    Totals: Biking 54 miles, Walking 6 miles, Swimming 0

    [My REWARD for finishing the biking miles is to go swimming!]
