10/4: another 10 miles on the stationary bike, for a total of 42 miles thus far.
And an NSV at the gym today (populated almost exclusively by college kids): I was made an official member of the "IRON A** CLUB" by four buff college boys for staying on the WORST bike in the place for a full hour. Made me smile!0 -
