    You better have some papapya with that armadillo poo. I did a master cleanse last year with Armadillo poo and it was hell on my GI system.

    Agreed completely. I have been very successful in losing weight eating what I want. Calories in calories out. Find what number works for you and enjoy!

    My thoughts exactly!! I eat what I want and just make sure I am in near the green zone. That's the only way I can make this a lifetime commitment. I have been doing this for nearly 100 days and I still do not feel like I am on a 'diet'..

    Sorry to be confusing, I am just referring to my Numbers on MFP! They stay green until you go over, then they turn red. I try to keep them green, or near green.

    Yes, most of us probably are over complicating it, but I still don't care for the calories in versus calories out equation. You still have to eat a minimum number of calories every day to function. You can't just stop eating, or work out until you pass out.

    You just have to do everything in moderation, and it's not always easy to find that moderate amount.

    Yes. I definitely understand that some people only want to lose weight. But there are plenty of thin people with type 2 diabetes or heart disease or Alzheimer's, etc. etc. And I think that the quality of what we eat can help or harm us in ways that go beyond the pounds we carry.
