    I have a sandwich flat with hard salami (just a tiny bit), carrots, and low fat part skim string cheese. Yummm!

    Chicken Salad with light mayo and celery in a whole grain pita with lettuce and string cheese. My first time experimenting with pitas. Gotta say, it's very good!

    3 tbsp lite italian dressing
