One Tyson 'grilled and ready' filet (110), 1 serving green giant antioxidant blend veg (broccoli, carrots, and some other stuff) (50), and 1 serving Ricotta Spinach bake from my biggest loser cookbook (131). Yum!0

I had a spinach and broccoli quiche I made with asparagus poatoes (cubed potatoes and cut up asparagus)
It was yummy! I also had blueberry tea with lemon and Truvia - cause im feeling a little under the weather.0 -
I had a lean cuisine cheese ravioli meal I was so hungry when I got home from class that I ran to the freezer and put it right in the microwave! xD0
