    Nekkid! Every Friday morning before my shower. I ignore the docs scale - it can be 3-5 lbs heavier than mine depending on what I am wearing and what time I weigh.

    Nude or just with under-roos on after having my morning bathroom break. Make sure you weigh yourself close to the same time of day, too.

    I weigh naked, about 20 minutes after I wake up on Monday morning. That way I can't say the clothes added any pounds lol.

    as long as you're consistant with the SAME workout clothes each time, it shouldn't matter.

    i weigh myself naked. can't get more consistant than that.

    Consistency is key - if you always weigh yourself in the same clothes, then keep with it.

    I always weigh myself first thing in the morning, right after I "go" and - with the bathroom door locked of course - in my birthday suit.
