in the buff after using the bathroom .... clothes can be as much as 3-6 lbs different from day to day0

Really, I don't think it matters, as long as you do it the same way each week you will see the changes and that's what's important.0 -

i weigh first thing in the morning..after I eliminate.. butt naked. And my doc takes into account my clothing when doing weight..and she always asks if its what I thought..

I weigh at work cuz I refuse to have a scale at home or it'll drive me nuts. So I weigh in running shorts.0

As most naked - as soon as wake up - after morning pee.

I weigh with no clothes but what I'd do before I went to doctors I'd weigh twice once without and once with clothes on and see the difference... when go to doctors and they give you a weight just deduct the amount you knew your clothes weighed from when you did it at home.
If their scales are more accurate and you know the difference then you can deduct it or add it to yours.0 -
i weigh in nothing, but i agree that sticking to the way you always have done it is best. if you weigh with clothes & shoes then the next week without, there will definitely be a difference and show a proper weight loss/gain.0
