I am in the same boat, coming off a three day i dont give a crap spree and feeling like my tail is between my legs. I gaurantee every single one of your friends and everyone else has fell into old behavior and had to catch themselves before it really hit the fan....thanks for summing up my feelings cause it makes me refocus and not feel alone. You know what it is, its that DAMN scale!!! I tend to fixate on numbers and I've seen people say the scale is the devil. But how can you lose inches and not weight? I know I'm not putting on muscle, all I do is walk on the treadmill. If you lose inches, thats mass and mass is weight so there should be some correlation. I just need to throw that effen scale away!0
