10/14 - 169.2 ...lost two pounds!!
10/21 - 171.8 ...Gained it back "recovering" from my half marathon last week!?
10/28 - 171.2 ...Back to square one and ready to melt the fat away!!
11/04 - 169.2 ...re-weighed in after my bathroom use and shower this morning.... like this one better! :bigsmile:
11/11 - 169.8 ... Not horrible to gain that little but not the direction I wanted to go this week :frown:0 -
