30 Day Calorie Burn Challenge

Options
Here's how it works, the first week the goal is to burn 1000 calories for the week. Then is goes up by 500 calories each week. By the end of the month the calories to burn for the week will be 2500 calories.

Now I know that some of you may burn more calories than that for the month, but there is always a starting point.

    I'm in! Watching food (calorie) intake and hydration has been easy. I need more motivation to get the exercise in. This may be the challenge I need.

    If the mods could keep this post open so that people could post their results in this message, it would appreciated.

    The format would be like this

    SW before challenge:

    WK1
    Day 1: calories burned for the day/how they were burned(repeat this for each day)
    Day 2:
    Day 3:
    Day 4:
    Day 5:

    This repeats for each week of the challenge and finally

    EW after the challenge:

    Results should be posted at the end of each week

    Day 2: burned 465 calories doing 33 minutes of "Stair-treadmill
    Day 3:

    Also forgot to mention that any calories over the weekly goal can carry over to the next week...Ultimately the goal is to burn a total of 7000 calories for the month

    Day 1: 275 calories(40 mins stationary)
    Day 2: 583 calories(50 mins stationary and 40 mins walking)
    Day 3: 322 calories( 50 mins stationary)
    Day 4: 726 calories(90 mins stationary)
    Day 5: 752 calories(85 mins stationary)

    Total calories burned for the week: 2658 calories

    Can I still get in? I just found this challenge. If so, my weekly total as of 10.15 is 1669 so I made the first weeks challenge.

    Oct 12 Day 2: burned 465 calories - 33 minutes of "Stair-treadmill
    Oct 13 Day 3: burned 740 calories - 33 minutes of Elliptical and 32 minutes of stationary bike
    Oct 14 Day 4: burned 421 calories - 35 minutes of Elliptical
    Oct 15 Day 5: burned 843 calories - 180 Leisure walk (i was on the beach so it was soooo nice)

    Total Calories: 2469 Total Minutes Workedout: 5 hours and 22 minutes

    Wk #1
    Day#1: 300 cals walking 3mph for 60 min.
    Day #2: 197 cals walking 3mph for 40 min.
    114 cals walking 3.5mph for 20 min.
    Day # 3: 0
    Day #4: 255 cals walking 3.5mph for 45 min.
    Day #5: 0
    Day #6: 0
    Day #7: 294 cals walking 3mph for 60 min.

    1160 calories burned
