Working out alone

I workout alone now. I have a smith machine which allows me to self spot if I get into trouble, but I gave up strength training for power and I just lift for definition and to get healthy now. I have a mesomorphic body type, so even with minimal lifting I get good results. I like it alone now becuse I don't have to wait for anyone or slow my routine down to accomodate someone else. This might be a good time to work on tendon and ligament health thru lighter weight and stricter form, so you are prepared for the heavier lifting when you can go back to a gym. We have a relatively inexpensive Marcy 4000 and a step thru norditrack bike that meets our needs.0
