Hey there,
I have 3more lbs to loose b4 i reach my goal weight! (yeay!)
Now for the stupid question....... how do i maintain that weight? so i do not loose any more or put any back on?

Change your MFP settings to "maintain current weight"
Also, I would set a weight that you will never go over again, so that you can stay within 5-10 pounds of your goal weight.0 -

I would suggest changing your weekly weight loss goal to 0.5lbs/week, this way you will lose slower but ensure that most of the weight is fat, and not muscle. If your deficit is too large and you don't have a lot of fat stores your body will break down muscle to use as fuel. This also helps get you ready for an increase in your calories to maintenance without a sudden large jump in caloric intake.0
