C25K Training

That was very helpful! Thanks bunches! I tried day one, but I didn't have much success. I'm not giving up though. I'll stay on day one until I get through it and move from there. I'm not rushing myself because I don't want to injury myself and then give up.
Don't give up - I have started incorporating it into my weekly workouts. I have done week one a couple of times as I was interrupted with a hip sprain. I will do week one until I feel comfortable with it and can do it easily before moving onto week two. And then, same thing if it takes me 3 weeks to really settle into the next level - so be it! The point is (like any other type of training) to get your form right and get your body used to the activity. And enjoy it
Love the solitude and peace of running - just need to get the technique right0 -
I was laughed off the track team in high school.
I finished Week 7 Day 1 today, and I was able to run the full 25 minutes. It took me 3 or 4 attempts but this time finally stuck. I really like the program.0
