    That was very helpful! Thanks bunches! I tried day one, but I didn't have much success. I'm not giving up though. I'll stay on day one until I get through it and move from there. I'm not rushing myself because I don't want to injury myself and then give up.

    Don't give up - I have started incorporating it into my weekly workouts. I have done week one a couple of times as I was interrupted with a hip sprain. I will do week one until I feel comfortable with it and can do it easily before moving onto week two. And then, same thing if it takes me 3 weeks to really settle into the next level - so be it! The point is (like any other type of training) to get your form right and get your body used to the activity. And enjoy it :)

    Love the solitude and peace of running - just need to get the technique right :D

    I was laughed off the track team in high school.

    I finished Week 7 Day 1 today, and I was able to run the full 25 minutes. It took me 3 or 4 attempts but this time finally stuck. I really like the program.
