    1 packet of Tuna with 1 1/2 tsp real mayo and some mustard and pepper on 2 Cheddar Cheese rice cakes, Lioness' cucumber, onion, radish & tomato salad with Balsamic Vinagrette, 4 jalapeno stuffed green olives and 1 cup leftover spinach salad (the traditional kind) @ 500 calories. Oh, and 1 Hershey's Bliss Dark Chocolate square. YUM! And Lipton on the go Cherry Blossom Tea - only have a few a week.

    1 cup of Campbells healthy request herbed chicken with rice soup and 1/2 cup of garden salad with 1 tbsp of Renee's Sweet Onion (soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good) salad dressing. Lets not forget all the water too hehe.

    Whole wheat tortilla with 2 tbsp fat free cream cheese, 3oz lean turkey breast, 1oz clover sprouts, 2 tbsp chopped walnuts and 2 tbsp dried cranberries. Rolled it all up into a wrap. VERY filling, low on cals.

    And a big glass of water also :love:
