1 packet of Tuna with 1 1/2 tsp real mayo and some mustard and pepper on 2 Cheddar Cheese rice cakes, Lioness' cucumber, onion, radish & tomato salad with Balsamic Vinagrette, 4 jalapeno stuffed green olives and 1 cup leftover spinach salad (the traditional kind) @ 500 calories. Oh, and 1 Hershey's Bliss Dark Chocolate square. YUM! And Lipton on the go Cherry Blossom Tea - only have a few a week.0
