Don't do it!! Don't even walk into the room that they're in! You have come too far to eat that crap!0
-
I swear I saw your coworker sneeze on them.0
-
Do not eat them. They're full of sugar and things you don't need. I'm about to face a room full of glazed doughnuts, so I can relate.0
-
imagine that they fell on the floor and are covered in dirt and hair... do you still want it now???0

I have no will power so I will say either have a little or make sure you work out later to earn the calories back.
Also try entering them into your diary before you have one and see if the calories are worth it.
I often find seeing how calorfiic something is in black and white puts me right off!0 -
Go on, have one, what harm could it do?
Muhhhhahahahahahaha.........0 -
see how greedily that fat cow of a co-worker you have gobbled on down? Now wasn't THAT unattractive?! You're better than that!0
-
Keep telling yourself, "They are so nasty, how can anyone eat them. Yuck, my stomach curls just thinking about it, I want to vomit." Telling yourself this over and over, eventually you might start to believe it. It actually works for me.0

NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS SKINNY FEELS!!!
Nothing tastes as good as HEALTHY feels!!!
^^Fixed for you.0 -
Im suffering the same issue here today at work, homemade doughnut holes. Don't do it, don't even walk over there.
Also I just added sugar as a tracker on my settings, one medium banana put me over my sugar for the day and its only 9:00am......
So dont do those either!0 -
I swear I saw your coworker sneeze on them.
...and that last person didn't wash their hands after using the restroom.0 -
I made them myself.0

Think of how good you will feel knowing that you didn't give in to the urge...and you can still reward yourself with a "not as bad" treat later0 -

omg. . how rude0 -
You'll feel terrible if you do...so, don't eat them.0
-
I swear I saw your coworker sneeze on them.
Hahahahahahaha! Oh, I totally saw that too!0 -
I think I just saw one of your coworkers lick the sugar off of one and put it back! Don't eat them!!!0

Go ahead and eat them. You'll get about 45 seconds of pleasure followed by 18 hours of guilt and self loathing. Totally worth it, right?0
-
Great ideas above. I also use the 'add to the diary before I eat it method' and then see if I still want it. Also, take a second and look at the product as a dose of obesity, diabetes, heart disease, (insert personal hereditary concerns here).0

Ask yourself if you you want to spend the rest of your day beating yourself up, or patting yourself on the back?0 -
When I am sorely tempted by a treat but know I shouldn't have it, I close my eyes and imagine eating it, as vividly as I can. If possible I will smell the item. Imagine the pleasurable feelings that go along with eating it. I find that I can experience the pleasure just by imagining it, without actually eating it. Might not work for everyone!0

You have all cracked me up!!!!!
Carnival-Fried Dough.......720 calories!!!!! ALL SET WITH THAT!!!!!!!!!!0 -
You'll probably have to walk about 8-10 miles to burn that off.0
-
It'll be a let down. Half way through eating it you'll think, "Actually, this isn't as great as I remember them to be. In fact it's not worth the calories." There's ALWAYS an anti-climax...0

Do you people really do that to yourselves for eating something unhealthy? I think one of the reasons I've been successful is because if I want a treat, I have it and then account for it by eating less that day of something else, exercising and doing better the next day.
Guilt leads to binges if you have that particular issue. It's just a doughnut (or cookie or piece of cake). It isn't worth beating onesself up over.
Now, doughnuts give me awful heartburn, so the memory of THAT keeps me away from them. Physically ill is one thing. Emotionally is another.0 -

Yeah..I'd say that was pretty uncalled for. You don't need to put anyone else down just cos you're trying to get healthy. I have been that "fat cow" plenty of times and I bet many other people here have too!!
Also..nothing tastes as good as skinny feels?! Whaaaat?! This isn't some pro-anorexia site guys.
OP - DON'T DO IIIIIIIT! I like to add naughties to my diary before I eat them, then see the damage and remind myself how many minutes of exercise I'd have to do to get myself in the green!! It works pretty well :laugh:0
